My role as an Assistant Manager within a KFC restaurant is to undertake a variety of general business operations, of which look to provide a safe workplace where employees have the knowledge, skills and resources to effectively cook, pack and serve quality food in a fast-paced environment.
January 2015 - January 2016
SALES FLOOR TEAM MEMBER
My role as an employee at Universal Store required me to work within a team to provide a positive shopping experience to all customers, the position allowed me to gain valuable customer service and sales experience, where I performed highly and beat targets on various occasions.

In completing my Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, with a major in Business Management, I have been provided with the knowledge and skills required to perform highly within the Human Resource field.Â
In completing a Psychology A course, I have been provided with the knowledge required to understand people in a more complex and multifaceted way, with such ability proving invaluable within the Human Resource field.

Through my membership with Toastmasters International I have advanced my communication skills in several ways, some of which include public speaking, providing constructive feedback and active listening. Moreover, participation within these meetings has allowed me to build further upon my team-working skills through activities requiring multitasking and the taking on of roles to assist the overall group.
